Refund and Returns Policy
1. RETURN PERIOD
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Important note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; it must be sent to our official address.
3. ITEMS EXEMPT FROM RETURN
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, magazines).
- Intimate or sanitary products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Health and personal care items.
4. REFUNDS (If applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of the item and the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
- Partial refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in specific cases (if applicable), such as items with signs of use, open boxes, or products damaged/with missing parts due to reasons beyond our fault.
- Sale items: Only regular priced items will be refunded. Sale or promotional products are not eligible for refund.
5. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
- Contact your bank to inquire about processing times.

6. EXCHANGES AND GIFTS
- Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or factory damaged. For an exchange for the same product, please contact us at support@zfrey.eu
- Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
7. SHIPPING AND RETURN
To return your product, you should mail your product to the following address:

- Shipping costs: Shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
· Delivery times: Please note that, depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
· Shipping guarantee: If you are shipping an item over €75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for losses by the shipping company during the return process.
